Pastor Olufemi Jegede

Holds a B.sc Degree in Chemistry from University of Ibadan in 1990.

Olufemi Tunde Jegede became a pioneering staff of Nagona Nig Ltd. From 1992-99 he single handedly reposition the company as a commodities exporting company in Nigeria. In May 2000 he started Mainserve Nig Ltd a primary commodities exporting company with focus on export of process wood, cashew nuts and charcoal

Olufemi Jegede is widely travelled which has inspired his passion for value-addition of Nigeria’s primary commodities. In 2008 Mainserve Nig Ltd launched Ember Charcoal, an international standard paper-packed natural wooden charcoal available in major supermarkets in Nigeria.
Olufemi Jegede is a training facilitator for Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC). He is geared to promote and encourage Nigerian women and youth to go into exportation of agricultural product.

Olufemi Jegede is passionate about youth empowerment and constantly hold free youth empowerment training program in different centers in Lagos

He is currently the Board Chairman of Hillview Empowerment initiative (HEI MFI).

Oyeremi Samuel Oluwasanmi

Holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan (2007). An associate of Finance and Control institution, he has attended several capacity enhancing courses that adequately prepared and positioned him for leadership role.

Oyeremi has worked with Surulerewatch Publication in 2006-2008 as a Business Development Manager.

He joined Sterling Bank Plc in 2008 and rose through various ranks to become the Service Manager. At various times in his career at the bank, he was nominated as the regional change champion among many others. A responsibility he effectively handled.

He proceeded in his career, Joining SEAP MFI as Assistant HOD Human Resources with ultimate goal of automating the activities of the department which includes staff data and information management.

With well over 11years wealth of experience in financial industry, Oyeremi is very passionate about human capital development and value creation. This burning desire has seen him holding several training and empowerment programs for youths with more emphasis on the women (widows inclusive).

He is also the brain behind Hillview Empowerment Initiative, a registered MFI and a vision that was incubated in 2005 but came into fruition in 2020.

Currently, he is the ExecutiveProgram Director for Hillview Empowerment Initiative (HEI MFI).


Mervyn is a 1991 graduate of Civil Engineering, a seasoned professional engineer and project management consultant with qualifications in engineering, construction and management with major competencies in the oil and gas business. He has over 20 years of construction and project management experience, involved in consultancy, engineering design, construction and management of numerous engineering projects in the oil and gas, construction, financial and public sectors, within and outside the shores of Nigeria.

He cut his teeth in his early engineering days as a resident structural engineer, with Cypress Consult, a consultancy firm, responsible for designing and supervision of varied civil and structural structures such as jetties, buildings, foundations, bridges and roads spanning the Niger Delta regions for OMPADEC (Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission), which metamorphosed to today’s NDDC (Niger Delta Development Commission). 

Later on, Mervyn moved on to put into practice some of the design experience into bear as a Facility/Field Engineer, Planning/Cost engineer, Technical Assistant and Contracts Administrator with IPCO (International Petroleum Company Ltd) responsible for supervision & field engineering of pipeline, offshore installation, hook up of jackets and other modules for the Bonny Export Platform Project for  NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Company) and several other multi-dollar projects carried out by the company.

He has had multifaceted experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a Project services professional, responsible for business analysis, planning and cost engineering, risk and information management. He was involved in the multi-dollar Associated Gas Gathering (AGG) projects providing facilities for the cost effective gathering, treating and delivery of Associated Gas from existing and planned oil facilities as part of government flares down policy.

He also was a Project Manager in the business office development arm of one of the top banks in Nigeria; United Bank for Africa (UBA) in the Group’s branch network construction of over 130 branches.

Mervyn also served as Senior Special Assistant for Works and Infrastructure for the Bayelsa State Government.

He holds a B.Eng from the University of Benin and an MBA Masters in Business Administration (MBA).  He is a COREN Registered Engineer, and a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He also is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Cost Practitioner (CCP). He is very active in the project management community both within Nigeria and outside the country. He is a member of the board of Hillview Empowerment Initiative.

Celestina Oluwasanmi

Attended Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma where she bagged a Degree in Chemistry in 2003.

Celestina is entrepreneurially minded with keen interest in business development, marketing and sales, digital asset accumulation and mini importation.

She has worked as a marketing officer in the Bridge and rose to become a unit coordinator. Prior to Bridge clinic, she had served in the retail banking unit of Keystone bank (then bank PHB) in 2008 as a team lead. She led her team in aggressive marketing and customer acquisition drive.

Highly passionate and result driven, Celestina had also held a position as Productivity Manager in ARM life and was charged with the responsibility of nurturing and managing a sales team.

With work experience spanning well over a decade, Celestina is a highly motivated, skilled and multi-talented individual with a passion for helping young people in business realize their potentials and maximizing business opportunities.

She is the CEO of Barah’s world, a digitally driven business outfit.

Currently, she is a member of the board of Hillview Empowerment Initiative.


She is a graduate of Library/ Political Science of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State. Whospecialises in helping businesses serve their customers better.

A post graduate Diploma in marketing from the university of Calaber, she is also an associate member of chartered Institute of Management.

Uzoma has worked as the advert Manager for Paradigm Communications an advertising firm and her unit was responsible for the circulation, advert booking and subscription of clients. Her passion and commitment to her portfolio later saw her rising to become the marketing Manager of the company.

Other roles she had responsibly handled was business Development Manager in Prodigy International an internet service provider company in 2000-2004 and also the administrative head in Lasaco Assurance.

Passionate about seeing women in business adequately empowered to succeed, she has conducted several business trainings to various groups at different times.

Also the CEO of Chirozik Ltd. she is a member of the board of Hillview Empowerment Initiative.
